We are a certified  Property Management Company that specialises in  shared living  in Oxfordshire and across the UK.

 

We help our landlords to manage their property giving them  peace of mind by taking over every aspect of the busy life of Houses of Multiple Occupation,   including refurbishinglicensing, finding tenants and everyday management.

As a recent start-up, we work together with experienced partners.

Core Offer

  • Long term tenancy - Company let agreement for up to 5 years, with the option to renew or a management agreement.

  • Guaranteed rental return - Landlords receive the full amount of agreed rent throughout the term.

  • HMO Licensing - Project managing the license application and the required & compliant works

  • Regular cleaning & inspections - Regular cleaning and inspections to maintain property standards.

  • Exceptionally high standards - Proactive maintenance ensures property standards are maintained.

Touch Points

  • STEP 1: VIEWING - Determine whether a property meets our criteria and carrying out an initial feasibility assessment. 

  • STEP 2: OFFER - Evaluating the costs and preparing a suitable offer for the property.

  • STEP 3: CONTRACT - Entering into company let agreement for up to 5 years with guaranteed rent or in a management agreement. 

  • STEP 4: SET-UP - Managing the HMO license application, any works and getting the property ready for occupation. 

  • STEP 5: OCCUPANCY - Liaising with existing clients and marketing via our online partners to source occupants.

My life credo is to never stop learning. Every person I have met and every country I have travelled or lived in has enriched me greatly. I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and management (St. Petersburg), a degree in Accounting (Antwerp), and a degree in Wine Consultancy (Bordeaux), 

Throughout my professional career, I have developed extensive experience of corporate management at an international level. This involved being the CEO of a tugboat service company on the Baltic sea, an accountant in an accountant firm in Belgium, and a project manager of a fantastic start up, ‘Wine tourism’ in a big winery located in the South of Russia.

 

Property management captured my imagination after moving to UK a couple of years ago when my husband was relocated professionally.  

I am confident that my skillset and considerable experience are applicable to property management, and will strive to make a difference, to work harder and to provide sustainable solutions to make our clients, my family, and those around me achieve Hygge.

Marina Storgaard

Partner

I am a property investor from Denmark, passionate about Danish lifestyle (Hygge), which can be characterised by key words: Happiness, Design and Quality. 

My passion for hospitality business was forged during my time working for the United Nations, where I was responsible for organizing conferences and meetings.  

My property knowledge and education evolved when I swapped my career in the UN for property investment and founded the Fortissimo Rental Property Investment Company and, later, the Happy Nation Home brand. 

The experience gained by running Serviced Apartments in Denmark gave me a better understanding of the requirements of corporate clients. I also have significant insight into operational elements of property management and keen to share it with my clients.

Kate Scheers

Marketing Director

Kate holds a degree in  Business and Marketing from Queen Mary University of London and provides assistance to the family business,  aspiring  to go into business herself after her studies. Her responsibilities involve research, helping with administrative duties and managing our social media platforms. Kate is multilingual (French, Dutch, English and Russian), professional, IT competent and a valued member of the team.

Marc Scheers

Business Partner

Marc provides administrative support for the team. His responsibilities include site management refurbishing. He is an established project manager with 20 years experience and broadly uses his management and leadership skills to support the team.

Oxygen Lets is a forward-thinking, fully certified Property Management Company whose mission is sustainability and uniqueness. We create comfort, functional and modern co-living spaces in Oxfordshire, inspired by Danish ‘hygge’ lifestyle- acknowledging a feeling or moment as cozy and special.

 

We work in close partnership with Danish brand ‘Happy Nation Home’ and are both fiercely dedicated to making co-living spaces eco-friendly. We support the Sustainable Development Goals and have sustainability policies across all arms of our business. We educate our tenants on sustainable consumption.

 

Our dedicated team undergo regular in-depth training to provide an exceptional level of client service by operating professionally, efficiently and with the utmost integrity.
